I was married in India. I got divorced and then my x husband and I decided to live together again. We did not remarry. We were back together for one year and then he passed away. I got married a second time and the marriage certificate has my status as widowed. My husband that I was marrying told me to put my staus as widowed to not cause issues with his parents. I am worried because now my husband says he can get me deported and charge me with fraud with the immigration department. Is this true? Am I in trouble? How do I fix this?
