You need to contact employers in Canada who would be interested in hiring you. Once you have a firm job offer, the employer has to convince the government that it has made ample efforts to recruit someone in Canada for that job and couldn't find the right candidate. If employer clears this hurdle, you will have to apply for a Work Permit. The entire process can take 4 to six months.
